The award ceremony took place in the frame of the <a href=\"http:\/\/conference-learning-to-exercise-democracy-in-a-digital-world\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"conference-learning-to-exercise-democracy-in-a-digital-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EAEA Annual Conference 2021: Learning to exercise democracy in a digital world<\/a> on November 17\/18, 2021. The Award is given to an organisation or project consortium who present the best transnational project in adult learning and has a different theme each year.
