Consulting, writing and facilitating in the interesting field spanning competences, civic/democracy-related education, digital transformation, active citizenship and civil society.

Evaluation of educational and funding concepts, and organisational resilience.

Currently responsible at the Arbeitskreis deutscher Bildungsstätten (AdB) for the further development of the https://politischbilden.de platform and digital transformation (DIYW-ROAD and DIGIT-AL projects).

Educational development with a focus on non-formal and civic/democracy-related education and lifelong learning in cooperations with universities and civil society (including Competendo, DARE-Netzwerk, DeCiTeL, LICEAL, Kompetenzprofil für Fachkräfte oder EntreComp 360).



Active in the network DARE – Democracy and Human Rights Education in Europe. Previously worked for, among others, the Robert Bosch Foundation (Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg for the Promotion of Social Engagement in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe).

Current involvement: DARE Network, citizen representative on the Berlin-Mitte District Assembly (Committee for Integration and Participation 2022–26; Budget Committee 2020/21). Member of expert committees and working groups, including the DARE Network, Cedefop, EntreComp Awards. Was once Board member of the Berlin-Mitte district organisation of Bündnis 90/Die Grünen (2019-2021) too.

Born in 1973 in Wolfenbüttel, graduated in political science at University of Potsdam.
